Margaritas are one of my favorite drinks. They are usually full of syrup and other sugary mixers so I wanted to try a lightened up version. There are different ways to make a Paloma, and my friend Renee and I tried it with diet grapefruit soda, fresh lime juice and Patron. It turned out so refreshing and delicious, with just the right amount of sweet verses tangy. It’s like summer in a glass. And at just 150 calories per cocktail, you can enjoy a couple without breaking the calorie bank!
Enjoy!
